The quote was very reasonable and his timing was perfect! He offered to come and complete the job with less than a week's notice (to meet the timeline I needed for a small get together to celebrate my husband's birthday outside in the yard). We have used 3 other companies in the past 3 years and CP PROPERTY SERVICES was by far the best service we have ever received. The GM, Mike and his team were polite, professional, friendly and went out if their way to make sure we were happy with their service and the results of their work. Mike walked around the house and went over what he was doing and then again when the job was complete. I can tell Chris, Mike and their entire team take a lot pride in their work and that is the type of company I want to do business with. I will continue to use them for years to come!! I also want to note that the friends we had over this past weekend made several comments on how nice our yard looked. We have had neighbors also comment and ask who cleaned our yard. Every other week. They mowed the front lawn but did not mow the back lawn for weeks. I fired them upon notice written and oral for cause, and hired another firm. Guy's was paid in full by check for the mowing they actually did. However, they continue to send me fraudulent bills for work never done and dates they never came here. This firm cannot keep workers or do what they say they can do on their website. Do not ever hire this firm.Their fraudulent billing practices show them to be highly dishonest.
