Michael sensed my desperation and reworked his schedule to help me out before it was too late. Not only did he go above and beyond to get my car detailed the work he did was amazing. The car is relatively new and has low mileage but when he was done it looked as good as the day I drove it home from the dealership. There was a scratch on one of the mirrors that I couldn't imagine he could get it buffed out but it is gone and there is no trace of it. I should add that I'm new to the Jacksonville area and had no references. I got 5 estimates and he met or beat all of them. I highly recommend Michael and his company and will definitely be calling again.

Duval Detailing did a nice job on vacuuming and waxing if that's all you want. I paid for the #6…read morepackage which is $300 for a large truck. You would expect showroom shine. My truck is 2013 and in good shape. I have chrome running boards that weren't even touched. I received a 15% discount that was taken off after the tax was added then rounded up. So it's like this $321-15%=$272.85. Nope. He rounds up. Not to the nearest dollar to the nearest $10. So my 15% discount was actually 7% as my total was $$280. But thats not all. I had to pay credit card fees which is fine. But again for what I paid it should be showroom shine and to totally disregard the step running boards makes it stand out like a sore thumb. But the vacuum and wax job was good. Oh yeah wheels were nice too. I like up front honesty and I personally will not use this company again.

Can't express how awesome customer service is here and how great my tint turned out…read more I requested a quote through yelp and Justin replied back within 10 minutes. He gave me 3 set prices and told me he can give me a quick explanation the day I would come in. As soon as I walked in the shop it was clean, simple, and very professional. He explained the 3 options and DID NOT try up-sell me at all! Thank you! I can't count how many times as a female not knowing much about cars, and having auto businesses try to up-sell me on every product/service. He also showed me a few examples of the different tints on cars outside to make sure I knew what I wanted. I originally came in wanting a tint level on my car within the legally limits of CA, but we both agreed they were too light for the privacy I wanted. So he gave me the brilliant idea to keep my car registered in FL, so that way I can still drive in CA, have my darker tint, and not get pulled over (cops in CA are stingy on car tints). Anyways, Justin is awesome and I'm so glad he thought of a different option for me to get the tint I want. From the time I walked in, I was out a little less than an hour and a half. That included the consultation, a million questions I had, and the service. Don't hesitate to come here!
