My friend held her daughter's 1st bday party here. The party was beautifully decorated (my friend…read moretold me that they handle set up and breakdown), so you don't have to worry about anything other than attending! I will say the only downside of this venue is that it's not really optimized for parties (which makes sense bc their main gig is the play area for the kids - and they have plenty of room to run around). Seems like you can bring your own food/drinks in which is really nice! There isn't that much space available for the adults/bystanders. The staff were really friendly, and welcomed us right when we walked in. Checked us in and explained the rules of the playground (shoes off, socks on), restrooms were outside in the hall (keys available at front desk).

We booked this venue for my daughter's 7th birthday, and I can confidently say it was one of the…read moremost disappointing and stressful experiences we've ever had. The only positive is the indoor playground. Everything else from customer service to the baking activity was a complete letdown. The front desk staff was extremely rude to multiple guests while checking waivers (who gave us feedback afterwards). Instead of welcoming families, they acted irritated and dismissive. From that moment on, it felt like they were more focused on catching us break rules than providing even basic customer service. We paid $17 per child for 20 kids for the baking activity, and it was terrible. Several parents shared that the staff told children to "stand still or you won't get your cake pop" . Only two parents were allowed inside to supervise 20 kids. All kids were crammed around one table despite several empty tables sitting unused in kitchen. Kids were shoulder-to-shoulder while staff watched sternly. My daughter even said it was the "worst birthday ever," which was heartbreaking. On top of the $500+ facility fee and $340 baking charges, we agreed on $150 cleaning fee because we decided to bring outside food. We were provided only (1) table for food, and when we asked for additional tables for food and kids art, we were told they "didn't have any." They suggested placing the kids' artwork right next to the food. The nickel-and-diming continued nonstop... In addition, we paid: $20 each for two toddlers who stayed in the playground $50 extra for five adults (we exceeded the capacity of 40 guests) We had to push our guests out (it was embarassing!!) since we were told we would be charged $50 per 10 minutes if we went over the extremely tight 10-minute cleanup window. They do not allow decor on wall or even outside balloons, which is absurd for a kids' party venue. They sell the decorations in house though. By the end, I felt like we spent the entire party being watched, policed, and corrected rather than supported. Staff members hovered pointing out "rules" instead of helping create a good experience for the kids. BOTTOM LINE: The playground may look fun, but the staff, policies, and overall experience are terrible. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and unnecessary fees. Book your party somewhere else!!

The building is up-kept very nicely with amenities such as a gym onsite, restrooms on every level, nice building directory, and nice courtyards to relax during breaks. Example, one day I got notification that a package was delivered, and I let them know that I would be gone a few days and they could put the package in my office if they didn't want it cluttering up the front desk. The response was that they could deliver it to my office for $4. To walk down the hall. This is on top of the crazy expensive price per square foot. I recently moved out, and the lease states they will refund the deposit within 60 days. They kept the money every one of those 60 days before they mailed the check. I moved out early because I found a space that better suited my needs, and I was assured they would show my office to interested tenants. I had a colleague looking for office space, and she was shown my office but told it wasn't available until [the end of my lease]. Also buried in the lease is that they will charge $200 to forward mail and calls for 30 days after the lease ended. $200 to forward zero calls and zero pieces of mail. So including the cleaning fee (you know, to vacuum an empty office) they withheld $406 of my security deposit. There are plenty of executive suites in the area. Maybe find one that isn't quite so focused on squeezing as much money as possible out of you?

I have a lounge membership which I just canceled because I don't care for the billing practices of the company. The private office space here is very comfortable and very enjoyable. I heard about Regus when I was searching for a private office space to get me through a precautionary power outage. I don't need an office regularly as I have an office at home which becomes useless without power. I did sign up for a lounge membership and honestly the lounge part of this location is not so good. There are two places to be. The kitchen or a soft place with soft comfy chairs. Neither spot was comfortable nor appealing. Other locations have really "cool" lounge spaces that feel more lively and open. I would be open to another membership if they improved the lounge space available and didn't bill two months in advance. The photos posted for this location are inaccurate. I suggest a tour first before committing. I love Jen though. She is a keeper!

If you happen to produce any audio or video content, this place is truly your ideal location. They are also in a great spot within walking distance to several great restaurants. The cost is very reasonable considering all the perks, including options to book private rooms when needed, a cold brew & kombucha tap, extra monitors at workstations, standing desks. They also do a wonderful job of hosting regular events at the cowork space including potlucks, chili cook offs, member appreciation parties. Everyone here is extremely kind and welcoming and I feel I've made long lasting relationships with people I've met. Before joining this location, I found myself going a bit crazy working from home. If you're at all considering a cowork space, this is the spot you'd dream of.

Loved having an indoor and outdoor option as the shower was in January. Outside offered a really convenient area for our food truck to cater our food fresh off the grill. Clarissa was such a big help when it came to all the possible configurations to help accommodate us and our guests. She kept all our details organized and was very responsive to our last minute requests through email. We had such a great experience that we booked with the Film Hub for our son's first birthday. That theme was "our little dumpling". Once again, Clarissa was sooo good at helping us fit all the things we wanted for his party. She even went out of her way to help me measure the staircase while we did our walk through with my baby. We had another food truck, a soft play area, space for a balloon arch, and space for his desserts as well. I really can't sing Clarissa's praises when it came to assisting with this party. And my son LOVES her on top of that. If you want a lovely, personal experience for your party, have it at the Film Hub!
