I said well, nevertheless I would like to speak with Joann about maintaining management of my property considering I am moving out of state shortly. I also told her about the price breakdown that Selva "Gabby" Johnson had emailed me on 12/7/16. The woman on the phone then said she would speak with Joann and get back to me. She then left me a voicemail the following day saying they did not want to work with me. The funny thing is that I had literally provided them no information on my property. I really think they just sent me their price break down by mistake and didn't want to work with me since I knew what exactly they were charging for what. Makes no sense. One random day in December I got a text from the father of a member of the company who said he worked there and wanted to do a walk through of the property. This just proves he does not have the capability of taking the time and reading through a couple sentences to realize that my home is NOT a vacation rental. He is just now telling me it's outside his geographical area even though I NEVER told him where my home was. I don't think it's a matter of which home you choose or not choose to take in, it's going to be a matter of people not wanting to go to you in the first place.
