He sent a text later with no explanation and asked to reschedule. He returned later in the month to clean my son's tank and was supposed to come back to clean the big tank on 12 July. He called on 11 July and stated he had been in an accident earlier in the week and asked to reschedule for 19 July. I agreed. Today is 19 July. I have sent him multiple texts and left a voicemail asking for the time he is arriving. No response. This level of unreliability is unacceptable. I will not use him again.
