Grand Opening Celebration of Southerly at the Shipyard! We…read moretoured the beautiful NEW community and got a peek at all the amazing amenities -- like the Riverfront Sky Lounge (they serve @kookaburracoffee there!), a beautiful clubhouse with 100 inch screen TV, a resort-style pool, and so much more. These stunning modern apartments offer 1, 2 & 3-bedroom floor plans, a Romeo Juliet shower & tub, indoor parking, and they're pet-friendly too! We had the best time with Mayor Nancy Kline from @citystaug, Kara from @oldcitypr, and Liz Ryan from @thebeach1055, plus enjoyed live music by @ramonatheriot, had tasty bites from @asadolife, craft cocktails, and giveaways. If you're looking for waterfront living, this place is seriously worth a tour. Book yours at thesoutherlyattheshipyard.com -- 130 Shipyard Way, just steps from @asadolife!

The boat guys are so respectful and help out in anyway they can. Lori is amazing as well. She will take care and guide you through any and every situation. She knows her stuff! They all work really hard to make sure you're taken care of don't forget to tip. The restaurant will be opening soon and it looks beautiful! It looks like a place you would want to casually hang out at even if you're not going on the boat. From the looks of it, they have great outdoor seating area as will as some fine dining inside. I literally can not wait to try it out. This marina is not a joke y'all ...it's luxury and I'm blessed to be part of it. If you are in need of a place to store your boat this is the place you want to be part of! Thank you to the hard working staff we appreciate you all!

5/5 Stars - Outstanding Service and Expertise!I cannot recommend All Source Marine enough! I had an…read moreissue with my boat that was extremely difficult to diagnose, but their team was incredibly knowledgeable and tracked it down when others likely would have struggled. They got me in right away, completed the repair quickly, and even took care of a few extra things while they had it in the shop. Finding a marine mechanic that is this skilled, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile is rare. They have earned all my future business!

BEWARE -- FIRST RESPONDERS, MILITARY & OTHER CUSTOMERS…read more I strongly recommend reading the negative reviews before leaving your boat or jet ski with All Source Marine. I saw them and couldn't believe experiences like that could happen. Then it happened to me. I brought my running--but poorly running--2004 Yamaha XLT800 to Mike in April 2026 for major engine repairs. I paid $2,790: $1,000 cash and a documented $1,790 debit-card payment. What followed was approximately FIVE MONTHS of delays and constantly changing problems: driveshaft issues, water/moisture, cylinder/head problems, crank/bearings, plans for another motor, another rebuild, more parts and finally an alleged electrical/no-spark problem. At one point I was specifically told the rebuilt motor "runs great." I remained patient, repeatedly thanked Mike and gave him additional time. I essentially lost my entire summer. Eventually I demanded completion or a financial resolution. During that dispute, Mike was willing to provide $500 in connection with receiving title to my ski while keeping the repair money I had already paid. I declined and retrieved my property. Then it became unbelievable. I was told the ski had an unresolved NO-SPARK condition. I got it home, charged the battery and reconnected a disconnected wire associated with the kill switch. THE SKI STARTED. Mike later texted that they had reassembled the electrical box Friday and perhaps a connection made better contact, adding: "We didn't test start it after that." I then water-tested it. The ski starts and idles, but under moderate/full throttle BOGS BADLY AND WILL ONLY GO APPROXIMATELY 3-5 MPH. So after five months and $2,790: I was told the rebuilt motor "runs great," then problem after problem, then no spark, then it starts at home, and then it barely moves under load. The goalpost never seemed to stop moving. I was also informed at pickup that the shop had removed the original oil-injection pump during the rebuild and converted the ski to 50:1 premix. THEN A BUSINESS DISPUTE BECAME PERSONAL. I work for a law-enforcement agency in Northeast Florida. I am also an Iraq/Afghanistan combat veteran and continue serving in the Army National Guard. I mention this because Mike chose to inject my profession into a jet-ski dispute. Mike wrote "I know you're a deputy that doesn't matter..." and later "pretty typical of a deputy." After my wife attempted to locate other customers with similar experiences, Mike and his wife began communicating with/responding to her on social media. Mike referenced my employment, an alleged recording, "slander," and even my retirement/pension, asking "Isn't he trying to retire... With a pension?" Neither my wife nor I responded. We documented everything. Mike is free to make any legitimate complaint to my employer or Internal Affairs. I welcome an objective review and will provide the complete, unedited communications. I will not be intimidated into silence because my career or pension is brought into a consumer dispute. After experiencing the personal response when we spoke up, I now personally wonder whether this type of confrontation discourages some dissatisfied customers from posting reviews. I cannot speak for anyone else--I can only document what happened to us. The circumstances of my transaction have been reported to the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office, and documentation was provided. I will let the appropriate authorities determine whether anything beyond a consumer/civil dispute occurred. I have retained my invoice, payment records, texts, photographs and social-media communications. $2,790 paid. Five months without my ski. An entire summer lost. "Runs great." Then no spark. Then it starts. Then it bogs at 3-5 mph under load. A $500/title discussion. Then my wife, profession, employer and pension get dragged into the dispute. Based on my documented personal experience, I CANNOT RECOMMEND ALL SOURCE MARINE. First responders, military and everyone else: READ ALL THE REVIEWS. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS AND TEXTS. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. MAKE YOUR OWN INFORMED DECISION.

We LOVE this yard! On a stormy day in late December, we made an emergency stop at Camachee Cove…read morebecause both of the engines on our "new to us" catamaran were overheating (even though, they'd been look at by three mechanics at another yard). The marina staff were very helpful and accommodating - a great place to be "stranded." Even better, we found Camachee Yacht Yard. The folks at Camachee Yacht Yard were so honest and professional about the timeline and scope of work. Our mechanic, Billy, was efficient and thorough, quickly diagnosing the main problems and fixing them. He took the time to explain everything he was seeing and really gave us a mini cooling system tutorial along the way. Even though it was late on a Friday before a holiday weekend, Billy insisted on doing a sea trial with us to make sure both engines were performing well under a heavy load. When it was finished, he gave us additional information on what to be aware of as we get our old engines back in great shape. Camachee Yacht Yard has earned our trust and we'll be making the two day journey back down just to have Billy continue to work his magic on our older engines. Thank you for doing such a great job!

I decided to stop in the office my next visit and was able to speak with him about my project. My apprehension didn't improve after the half-ass apology for ignoring me for a month. We agreed to meet at the boat, have a look and put together a quote, he even gave me his cell number to "ensure I could contact him". Well, one month later, several attempts (text and calls) to contact his "personal" number and messages left at the office, NO QUOTE AND NO RETURN CALL. I've exhausted my attempts, it would be impossible for me to have a trusting relationship with the crew due to Mason's irresponsibility and blatant display of arrogance.
