I paid the full amount requested ($1,450) expecting the agreed-upon plumbing work to be completed properly and professionally. Unfortunately, the work was left incomplete and defective. The issues include a toilet that was not properly secured and continues to move, ongoing drainage and clogging problems, and other plumbing issues that were supposed to be repaired. For approximately four weeks, I repeatedly contacted Shawn through text messages, asking him to return and correct the problems. He repeatedly made promises and scheduled appointments but failed to show up or complete the necessary repairs. What is most frustrating is that I paid in full and have been left dealing with unfinished work, plumbing problems, and the additional expense of potentially hiring another plumber to fix the mistakes. I have kept copies of the invoice, payment confirmation, text message conversations, and documentation of the problems. I expected professional workmanship, accountability, and basic customer service. Unfortunately, none of these expectations were met.
