The service here is incredibly friendly, and the lady spoke English. You will find their great selection of dog food downstairs, and upstairs is a large collection of collars, cat food, dog toys, and treats. Even though small, this place is stocked full and very clean. I was also warmly greeted by the owners two beautiful dogs. I could tell that this place was owned by people who love animals. I found some great food for my dog, and the lady working there explained that they had two other locations in Geneva and an online shop, and gave me their fidelity (loyalty) punch card. The selection of plush squeakies for small dogs wasn't very large, but I found one that fit the bill: a Shaun the Sheep pig. (We didn't watch the show/movie, but the pig was cute and I imagine not the sort of thing easily found in the US, so I went with it.) They had a really nice variety of harnesses and collars, and a lot of pet food options. Overall it seemed like a great pet store.

I felt their treats therefore were very limited. It also was difficult to park so I was dropped off and picked up because it's on a busy street. Since I want only 100% treats, I found. j'au plus e croquettes in center of town that offered many more treats that were 100%. Also better to go there by foot since it's in Place de la Bourse.

Canicrok and Pet Jungle are both owned by the same people. Canicrok has a larger space than Pet…read moreJungle, and has the same inventory, laid out over a larger space. The service was still informative and friendly. I think the biggest difference is that Pet Jungle being in a smaller space has a more cosy boutique feel too it, and also has a larger selection of collars. Otherwise I didn't see any differences between the two. There was even a four legged friend to greet me with a thumping tail behind the cash register. They have the same great dog food selection that drew me to Pet Jungle in the first place, this location is just a bit closer to work for me. Be sure to not forget to use your fidelity card. The fidelity card is good at all the Canicrok and Pet Jungle store locations in Geneva.
