The service here is incredibly friendly, and the lady spoke English. You will find their great selection of dog food downstairs, and upstairs is a large collection of collars, cat food, dog toys, and treats. Even though small, this place is stocked full and very clean. I was also warmly greeted by the owners two beautiful dogs. I could tell that this place was owned by people who love animals. I found some great food for my dog, and the lady working there explained that they had two other locations in Geneva and an online shop, and gave me their fidelity (loyalty) punch card. The selection of plush squeakies for small dogs wasn't very large, but I found one that fit the bill: a Shaun the Sheep pig. (We didn't watch the show/movie, but the pig was cute and I imagine not the sort of thing easily found in the US, so I went with it.) They had a really nice variety of harnesses and collars, and a lot of pet food options. Overall it seemed like a great pet store.

This was the only pet store I could find in central downtown Nyon at which I could get OK items for…read moremy dog. This is a tiny shop, in general, one aisle for cats, and another aisle for dogs. The food selection is minimal, and is not consistent. Each time I go, I have to try and find a different food for my dog, as the previous brand is no longer sold. Most likely it is because I try and get the most organic food for my dog, and they only ever have 1 close option. They carry all the basic necessity staples, and actually have a decent selection of healthy/organic dog treats that I have seen so far. The shop only ever has one person working the store, and sometimes they speak English, but have always been friendly. There are also other pet items here, not just items for Dogs and Cats. If you intend to come here regularly be sure to get the loyalty (fidelite) punch card that is good for a year, and gets you 10 CHF off your next purchase if you complete all the punches.
