My daughter got certified in 2018 . Her first big dive trip was to the caymans . After seeing the pictures I was amazed at how beautiful it was . Swimming with turtles did it for me . She said mom why don't you get certified since you'll probably go on all the trips with me . I thought at 58 why the heck not . I got certified in sept of 2019 . I 100% believe if I wasn't trained with such an experienced dive master and knowledgeable group of instructors I think I would have thrown in the towel . I may not be the best diver YET , but I'm comfortable and feel completely safe . I've continued training with Eric Schimon ( Aqua - Nut Divers ) and look forward to my next adventure in Fiji . Advanced open water , nitrox and my latest training , rescue diving . Thank you Aqua -Nut Divers for such an incredible adventure . My husband, 4 friends and I have trained and are certified divers (open water and advanced) by Eric and his team. I had to go through twice, they were patient with me and my struggles. I couldn't be more grateful!! I can tell you I would NEVER go anywhere else for my training. I watched other dive groups enter the water without doing their buddy checks and without a 1/4 of the knowledge that Aqua-Nuts provides and hammers into your head.
