they were over 2 hours late and still didn't want to refund me a partial credit. no clear communication and when I asked to speak with the manager, my request was never granted. I would never rent from them again. save your money and choose another company who actually values their customers. read more

Not worth it for wedding rental. Getting ahold of this company is way more difficult than it should be. My tent for my wedding was delivered dirty, stained, and with debris actively falling off of it. Many of the chairs had fairly large rusted areas on the legs. Tables had old decor still taped to the underside of them. I attempted to call the company after delivery and got no one (8 calls and a voicemail left). I called the following Monday and finally contacted a rep, voiced my concerns, and was assured an email would arrive with instructions for how to fix the issue. No email has arrived and subsequent calls have gone unanswered. They got their money from me, so they don't care any more. Additionally, they left the rented items at the venue location for almost a week after delivery. Unprofessional is an understatement. If you are looking for nice event rentals (which they advertise they are capable of doing), I would look anywhere else. read more

I do not recommend this company we booked a bouncy house for my grand kids for labor day , grant you that they came from KY and we just wanted them to have fun so we booked them paid a deposit and they didnt show up or respond to phone calls at all, DONT USE THIS COMPANY read more

Buckle up, long post ahead. We had a very disappointing experience with this company. I have used a different company in the past (Bounce House Kings, highly recommend) with great experiences every time, but I chose APZ this year because they were cheaper. I would recommend literally any other company over APZ. First of all, the contract stated that someone would contact me no later than the day before to confirm delivery time. No one ever contacted me. On the day of set up they arrived 1.5 hours later than the time stated on the contract. I had reserved a 15x15 bounce house, The Rainbow House. They delivered a bounce house that was about 9x10. Significantly smaller than what I reserved. The delivery guy, Tyler, told me that this was the only Rainbow House they had, and that I would need to call the main office and ask for Spencer for any questions or concerns. Good luck to anyone trying to contact Spencer. I left 4 voicemails and 2 messages through the app on the website. No one ever answered the main office line, and no one ever called me back or responded to my messages. I did receive an impersonal email from Spencer stating that I had been issued a credit for future use. I replied to this email stating that I appreciated the gesture, but I would really love to just speak with a live person. He never replied to my email. Honestly, I'm not particularly interested in a credit for future use. I think a refund, or simply delivering the correct product, would have been more appropriate. APZ's customer service is quite shameful, and I'm surprised at how many 5 star reviews they have on Google. In addition to the extremely lacking customer service, there were two holes in the netting, and the user manual was missing. read more

This is the worst vendor I have ever worked with. They are completely unresponsive, unprofessional, and do not show up on time. I wish I could give 0 stars. I rented 11 tents, 11 tables, 22 chairs for a large nonprofit event in downtown Columbus. Not only were they 2 hours late to the event, once they did arrive, they came in a trailer with all equipment thrown on, half way falling off. The workers did not know how to install tents, and the tables and chairs were dirty. There was no apology from the workers about being late, not doing their job of installing equipment, or about the cleanliness. My volunteers ended up building all of the tents that we had time to put up. We only got to use 5 tents because they were so late, and the event was starting. Imagine being a sponsor of an event, being promised a tent, table, and chairs, and not getting the follow through. This made our event look terrible, and we were not able to meet our sponsors needs. I called the office over 20 times and have yet to get a call back. Do not use this vendor. read more
