But now we are having problems with the company responding to our inquiries about problems with the flashing. Originally it was done poorly. It took months for them to call me back, get someone to look at and to "repair". Six months later this is what it looks like (see below). I had a contractor look who told me that despite H&S normally excellent work this was bad. All I want is someone to come fix it. But no one will call me back (same as right after I paid for the roof). Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company at all.

Asphault Shingle Roof Replacement…read more LoLo Deals Co-owners Lorrain and Josh Vinyard worked closely with us to get our asphalt shingle roof replaced after the severe storm that hit Mount Holly, NC in May 2024. When contacted Josh and Lorrain quickly came to our home and Josh went up on our roof and documented all the damage. He provided us with photos of the damage that we then provided to our insurance company when we submitted our claim. We went through three rounds of inspections with the insurance company and Josh was there every time to represent us our interests and make sure the insurance company adjusters properly assessed the damage. When we decided to replace the roof Lorrain brought over samples of shingle types and colors for us to choose from and advised us on the best choice of shingles to withstand wind and hail and also those that best resisted staining and aging. Lorrain then quickly provided us with a very comprehensive and completive price proposal for the job. After selecting our shingles, she promptly had the supplies delivered and made sure the roofing crew arrive the next day. We have an over 3500 sq-ft of roof with multiple steep angels between our main home and detached garage and the crew was able to do the entire job in one day as we had requested. Their crew arrived at sunrise and finished picking up after sunset and when they left the new roof looked beautiful. They replaced some damaged wood sheeting found and replaced the rubber grommets around the vent pipes coming through the roof. Finally, early the next morning, they sent one person to go entirely around the house and garage to do a second sweep for loose nails all cleanup required. We are very happy with the responsiveness, helpfulness, honesty and reliability of Lorrain and Josh at LoLo deals and totally thrilled with the price paid, appearance and quality workmanship evident in our new roof. We definitely recommend LoLo Deals to our friends, family and neighbors that need roofing service.

Roof Medic Team: I…read morejust wanted to let you guys know how great your service was and how great it was to find a trustworthy company to work on my home. I had never filed a claim with my insurer and I was not sure what the process was or how I would get my roof fixed. Your company came recommended from a co-worker and I'm really glad I called you guys. From the moment I called the customer service was 5-Star all the way. Bryon was my service rep and he represented your brand to the highest every time he came by. He initially came out and checked my roof, attic, ceilings, etc. and then he came back the very next day and met with my insurance adjuster to ensure I got a fair review. Once approved, he took the time to go over several samples, colors, and options available to me. He's a friend now and he's welcome to stop by anytime lol. Dave was my on-site rep the day of the roof installation and he and his team showed up on time ready to go to work. When I got home I had a new roof, my driveway was clear and there was not a nail in sight. They did an awesome job. He notified me as needed throughout the day of their progress and I didn't have a thing to worry about. Lastly, Alexis was the voice over the phone that called me and provided updates and confirmations throughout my service. I really appreciated how she stayed on top of everything. It helped confirm that I had chosen a great company. Jordan, I never got to meet you officially, but as a prior serviceman I can say that you have surrounded yourself by a good team and we both know that that's what needed to accomplish any mission. I will be posting this review on Yelp, Google, etc. and will definitely tell others of the service I received. Thank you again for your help!
