I have already told over…read more20 people (most in local bands or business that needed screen printing done) to shoot themselves in the testicles before ever even thinking about wasting their time and money on this pathetic "business". I ordered a shirt (18 bucks) and a sweatshirt (35 bucks) from this spot online. All they needed to do was ship it from Soquel to Aptos. This took a couple weeks. Not really a problem. The problem was that they shipped me two t-shirts and no sweatshirt. Still, not really a problem, these things happen... So I called a couple times to report their mistake and get it fixed....no reply. A week later I began to email them explaining the problem....no reply. SEVERAL WEEKS LATER I get an e-mail from someone named Katy saying not to worry, they will ship me my hoodie, I can keep t-shirt. "Sorry for the inconvenience". two weeks go by...talk about an inconvenience!!!! Still no shirt. So I talk to my lawyer friend who assures me that this is exactly what small claims court is for. I send a final e-mail sharing my desire to take them to court and guess what?!?!?! The sweatshirt is fresh of the printers, they'll drop it off at my house, like they were doing me a favor. Here is the best part. To smooth things over, I suppose, they through in a t-shirt of their company Rrise. Now I thought about using this to clean up after my cat but instead I wear it all the time...just hoping someone will ask me about this shitty company so I can repeat all that has been typed here.

I ordered 6 shirts from 5 different companies on the same day. Every single one of them arrived within a reasonable time (4 of them from literally across the country and even one from Canada) except for the one shirt from RRISE and they are a neighboring state. I ordered a shirt... no emailed receipt, nothin'... at all... just a confirmation of payment from PayPal. Now I have to go through the process of filing a dispute with PayPal when all they had to do was send me what I ordered and paid for... or even to just simply communicate what the hold up was if there even was a hold up.. simple. Avoid RRISE unless you want a headache and less money, they have no regard for the customer but they will take your money, just don't expect anything in return. RIP OFF RRISE!

I had them embroider my son's name on a tote bag. I had already written his name in Sharpie pen so they were going to put the name below it. I was thrilled when I picked it up and saw that they somehow were able to remove the Sharpie ink and put his name in that same spot. I really appreciate that extra effort because now it looks clean and absolutely perfect!
