As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression for many years, I've found the sessions calming and helpful in managing stress and improving my overall wellbeing. I often leave sessions feeling some relief and better able to handle day-to-day challenges. Dr. Z is compassionate, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about his patients. Mr. Sullivan called me…read more"aggressive" for knowledgeably asking questions about billing after multiple staff members state blatantly false information, tells me I am not listening while he mansplains, and asks "how do you expect me to live on $50 for 30 minutes?" as an explanation for why it should've been obvious that all 15 minute visits have a co-pay of $50 (in actuality, $50 for 10 minutes). All odious behavior that Mr. Sullivan exhibited. And then the gaslighting responses from Mr. Sullivan being, "I'm sorry for the confusion," or "I'm sorry that you feel misled" and then aggressively repeating "I've already apologized" whenever you're stating there was a lack of transparency regarding billing practices, including on the forms signed that were recalled as "evidence" of me being informed (when in reality, it was more written "evidence" that I was misinformed). TIP for Sullivan: An appropriate response would have been, "It's an extra $20 for active release therapy, which is not covered any insurance companies. Someone should have told you beforehand, which is an error on our part. I apologize that multiple staff members misinformed you. We will try to do better in the future." Extremely inappropriate is 90+% of Mr. Sullivan's response, on top of his borderline fraudulent billing procedures and untrained staff.

Dr Mortimer was right there with me and talking me through what he was needing to adjust. I know this sounds odd, but immediately after the adjustment the dizzy fuzzy haze that is my vertigo disappeared. The place is always clean and tidy.
