She has an incredibly deep knowledge of the neighborhoods, builders, and their floor plans. She helped me find the right neighborhood and worked with the builder and I to get my house just right. She really spent the time getting to know me, how I wanted to live and then helped me make it a reality. She was very thorough, helpful and friendly. There is no question about real estate that she does not know the answer to so if you, like us were babes in the woods she is the person to turn to. Conversely If you know all about Naples you will find out very quickly that patti is the person you want turn to when you want to live there. Buying our home through patti has been one of the best decisions we ever made. Shopping for our home with patti was one of the most enjoyable experiences we could have imagined. She was patient while we looked at home after home and gave us plenty of time to think about everything. We recommend her so highly and feel badly for anyone who does not have patti fortune on their side.

We weren't really interested in the property at that time but grabbed her business card with the thoughts that if we ever really needed a Realtor that she was the kind of person we would like to do business with. Fast forward a few years and we decide to put our Naples condo on the market and get in touch with Allison. WOW! She was amazing from the start offering us some great advice about timing, market value, improvements to increase salability, and more. And she was such a pleasure to work with. We were going to wait till spring when my tenant left but Allison convinced us to put it on the market in December. It went to contract within a few weeks with the condition that the closing would be in April. Then we ran into a snag with a open building permit from the previous owner that we were unaware of. Allison got the contractor (from 14 years ago) to finish the work and then met with the building inspector to make sure the permit would be closed all while we were out of state. Then she made sure that the closing went off without a snag while we were out of the country. With emails she made feel comfortable and enjoyed our vacation knowing that everything was being well taken care of. Allison is the quintessential professional realtor and a super pleasure to work with. Tom and Gail Smith

My husband and I were desperately searching for a home in Naples in early 2021. We were living in Massachusetts at the time and had to rely solely on Renee's expertise and understanding of what type of home we were searching for. The market was insane and houses were getting snatched up left and right as soon as they hit the market. Even though Renee had a heavy client load, multiple closings, inspections and showings happening, she made certain she was available for us at the drop of a hat. From calling us back immediately to FaceTime showings of houses as soon as they were listed and even coordinating with family that we have in the area to walk through houses that we wanted a second opinion on- she made it happen!! Because of her dedication and unwavering determination to help us, we were able to find our perfect home. I have never heard of or worked with a realtor that takes such great care in communication and education of her clients in every step of the process. We received listings daily, emails explaining every stage of our home buying process as they happened, timelines and due dates of upcoming events, contacts of every person involved in our purchase from the seller to escrow and even an extensive list of her personally approved and vetted service providers of which we have had great experiences with all that we have used! Even after our home closed we received emails of homestead application deadlines and reminders to change our locks! We couldn't be happier and we will not hesitate to refer Renée to anyone and everyone that needs a premier realtor :) Thank you Renée!!
