(anyway that is much cheaper, why would I pay $1,000/mo for Asian SEO services!) When I asked for a refund Sean refused claimed that he had already spent all the money, and claimed that the words "12 month program" on the invoice he sent me in fact obliged me to not only accept the inferior services but continue to do so for 12 months. This has been an enormous financial blow for my small business, and I was utterly taken aback by the extremely poor handling of the issue by Sean. Letting people into your sensitive website code requires a lot of trust, and I DEFINITELY would not trust this team after this experience.

Their hiring manager was kind and professional. He made the interview about me and what I wanted out of a career, I quite liked that. I don't want to go on and on, but long story short: I'm glad I came in for my interview. I saw some reviews that left me skeptical but I wanted to come see for myself. The atmosphere is great, the team is highly supportive, and they've even moved us to a much bigger office now.
