STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS This company appeared to be trustworthy, so we ordered the Navigator glasses using Visa. Unfortunately, our experience with Bob and his company has been extremely disappointing. After waiting three months with no product, we contacted Bob for an update. He promised to respond but never did, then stopped answering our calls and messages for weeks. When we finally reached him, Bob promised to personally deliver the product, stating, "I swear on my mother's grave that I will hand deliver them. This is not the way we do business." Despite giving us a delivery date, he never showed up. After requesting a refund, Bob stopped responding completely. We spoke with two of his front desk employees, who were sympathetic and acknowledged that Bob was unprofessional Since then we have learned that many other customers have experienced similar issues and that Bob is facing legal action from multiple individuals. It has now been eight months, and we have received neither the product nor our money back. After repeated broken promises, lack of communication, and no resolution, we believe this vendor is completely untrustworthy and fraudulent. If you want to protect your money, stay away from Bob and his company. Be prepared to hear the same response many customers receive: "I have no record of you." read more

I had the pleasure of working with Bob (Robert) Bell from Applied Precision over the last few years, in my capacity as Program Facilitator for the Product Design and Development program at Centennial College. Bob is an excellent professional and a great supporter of our program. His great experience in 3D Scanning and Reverse Engineering was instrumental to implementing new, advanced design technologies in our program curriculum. We benefited from his constant support; Bob participated on a regular basis in our Program Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings and offered valuable input and feedback on the program curriculum. Bob has been serving for the past few years as Chair of our PAC and we very much value his effort and guidance in our program; his extended industrial experience is extremely beneficial to our program. Thank you so much, Bob! read more
