My washer and dryer are too small for my comforter so I was looking forward to it coming back nice, clean and dry! It was shoved into a bag, still wet! Now, I am stuck with a large wet comforter... There were two sets of my sheets at the bottom of the bag - now damp from the wet comforter and also not folded. I brought my items in using a laundry basket so I don't know why some of my sheets were in the bottom of the bag... The 4th set of sheet was returned to me in the laundry basket. The photo show exactly how it was returned to me. :( Worst wash, dry and fold experience!

On our first trip here, we thought we wanted wallpaper. So, we sat and rifled through book after book until we found the most stellar pattern ever- so stellar in fact it would cost $575 bucks to finish just one wall of the baby's room. We were on the fence about paying that much money, and really wanted to take it home and get it in the room with the furniture and everything before we made a decision. Apparently taking home the wallpaper books is not a common occurrence at Sherwin Williams. Or perhaps just not this particular book. Carlos took all of our information (including drivers license numbers) and allowed us to take the book home provided I bring it back the next morning. Such an awesome gesture, especially given the fact that it looked horrible in the room after all. I returned here numerous times after looking at paint samples, as I knew that I wanted to give them my business because of what great customer service we received our first trip here. Finally went back this evening and purchased 4 gallons of paint. Carlos and Fred were working and could not have been more helpful, friendly or knowledgeable on what exactly I needed. I'm not going to pretend I understand the difference in flats verses semi glosses. However, these guys do and steered me in the right direction without allowing me to spend an arm and a leg. I've not once received this kind of attention at a Home Depot or a Lowe's. When I made my purchase, they gave me a 25% discount and carried the cans out to my trunk despite my insistence I could do it myself. Though this paint is much more expensive, it is a higher quality as well. I know I will be making the rest of my painting purchases here, there's no reason for me to give my business to anyone else.

We needed an extra gallon of a paint color not available immediately at this store. He actually stopped by a branch store on his way home from work and picked it up for us that day. Such service is a dying art and we are truly grateful. Although, I will say their prices seem very extreme for what they are selling. I understand that the 70's to early 2000's styles have been very popular as of late, but UO has been one of the top clothing companies capitalizing off of that. I could def thrift an outfit that looks identical to something you could buy at UO for much cheaper. I definitely think UO has shifted demographics to rich, privileged posers. Not to mention, they have gotten in trouble in the past for selling racially offensive clothing. I'm sure they were trying to give off the vibe of the angsty teen but offending marginalized groups is not the way to go about it. I would suggest they find a better risk management team if they haven't already because some of the controversial stuff they sold in the past was WILD. Went to the Midtown Home Depot today. Searched the appliance dept. to buy a washer/dryer, stove…read moreand frig. Was there 20 minutes and NOT ONE person standing around talking in appliances ever looked at me or spoke to me. They lost a $3,000 sale today. And to top it off, searched Google for that Home Depot phone number and 3 times the link gave me a store in Houston, Texas. Wow. Lowe's is getting my business because a young lady there helped me yesterday and even gave me her business card!!!
