Rich Ihling said the problem was a simple switch which he ordered and installed for a fraction of the price it would have cost for a new washer. He could have easily said that the washer was too old and then sold her a new one. He didn't. The washer is working great! I updated my kitchen in 2007 and used Ihling's for every appliance.
