You are immediately immersed in color, texture and creative flair. His style is impossible to pin down - some pieces feature abstract mosaic work or mixed media, while others flaunt vogue characters in glitzy garb - but all are imaginative and clearly created with passion and care. Kevin himself was absolutely wonderful to work with. We reached out to the listed number via text and immediately heard back that he was available for a same-day appointment. We loved so much of what we saw inside the studio, but we particularly fell in love with a piece that celebrates historic Plaza Midwood. Not only was Kevin was kind enough to bring out a larger size of the piece for us to view, but he also hand-delivered it to our home after we decided to purchase it for a very reasonable price. We look forward to cherishing this piece for years to come, and we could not recommend Kevin and his art more!!!

I picked my material (lower grade that was very nice) and placed with the double liner, the cost was 20% off custom made drapes and I was able to get 1 and a 1/2 width wider drapes! The width of the slandered drapes was not wide enough. I also purchased a material at the Fabric Outlet in Charlotte (search google for location) and took it here and had custom made drapes! However, the salesperson assisting me expressed that she believed the price was too low. She took the package to the front of the store to consult with another staff member, who noted that the packaging was sealed and the pricing was inside. She suggested that the matter be referred to the owner. After a discussion in the back, I was informed that the marked price was incorrect and that the correct price was actually double. This is not the first time I've encountered inconsistencies with pricing at your store, which is both frustrating and concerning from a customer standpoint. I hope this issue will be addressed to ensure clarity and fairness in future transactions. I would say the items they sale are quality and beautiful, but when there are discrepancies in price, it makes me wonder if changes are the same for all people or do they discriminate based on age, gender, race or other. WOW! I have never said of felt the last part of this until the encounter at this store.

I was in a rush and Clark was willing to meet me within the hour at the end of the business day even to let me tour the warehouse and try out all the chairs I wanted. His warehouse is located just 25-30 minutes west of Charlotte in Gastonia and it's worth the drive. While there I got to test a variety of office chairs including some I was unaware of and Clark expertly knew his inventory and the ins and outs of what had been refurbished, how the chairs work and whar features they offered for the full range of his models from low end to high end. Within 30 minutes I had picked out two fantasticly refurbished models that looked like new (see my photos) and Clark even loaded them into the car for me. Top notch service! Final note, the entrance to the warehouse can be easy to miss driving by but Clark's a nice guy so don't be afraid to give him a call if you have any trouble finding it. He answered my calls instantly throughout the process and was always up beat.

Once I did, I set up an appointment at the location and checked it out. If you're looking for reasonably priced, good quality used office chairs, this place should absolutely be on your list. Clark had a lot to say about every particular chair we looked at and was willing to work with me on the price. Once I locked in on a chair, he was also kind enough to give the chair a good steam clean. The first Steelcase Leap I bought from him ended up having a faulty seat height lever, but there were no issues in setting up another appointment and getting an exchange for a fully functional leap. Definitely give this place a shot for your home office needs.
