They did not put my PO box as it was listed on my order from amazon, my product got shipped back to them, they kept my money. Ordered a new front beam from them. It's suppose to be a take off. I am going to assume that is the case but it did ship with no box and in a bag that had stickers on it from Brazil and one of the grease fittings was broken. By far the least expensive rebuilt beam so it meets expectations. Shipping was extremely fast and included, so it gets 4/5 from me. read more

DO NOT TRUST THE WEBSITE. They do not have a live inventory tracking so if says its in stock quite possibly it isn't. Plus if the item isn't in stock they do not email and tell you, they just wait till they get it in stock again to ship to you, who knows how long that could be. 2 stars because they have a nice website and selection. read more

I recently ordered online with this company. The web site is excellent as is the prices. Then on top of that they offer free shipping!! FedEx no less! Their communications on the order was excellent and they provided everything someone from afar could need to feel good. Then my mail order luck ran out. I was the statical FedEx customer that has a package lost!! Nooooooo!!! After a week of phone calls with FedEx, they finally offered to allow a claim to be made and have me reorder. I contacted Appletree and spoke with the owner. He was aware of the lost package and filled a claim with Fed ex and reshipped a duplicate order with no hassle!!!!! This man is awesome. I can't appreciate his trust enough other than to make sure I order from him again and again and to share my pleasure of dealing with them. I received the second shipment with zero issues.
