They called ME to confirm the exact same, where I reiterated all the details and was given assurance they'd be there. They cited an understandably high price--to which I agreed and was more than willing to pay--given this is a rural taxi company. Day of the wedding rolls around and after calling them when they no-showed, I was given the run-around about how I was, apparently, supposed to confirm again--utter nonsense. We discussed nothing of the sort. They scrambled, couldn't get a driver out in time, and I ultimately had to drive. They missed out on a nearly $200 RT fare. All my best friends had a care-free time and I had to be Mr. Sober for one of my best friend's major life events. F*** that.

They brought us out from Ellensburgh to the Gorge and drove us all the way to Seattle from the Gorge. Highly recommend!

We called them on Friday afternoon, needing to transport 5 people, and 5 bicycles to a hotel room. Rabbit came, and instead of making two trips, he managed to fit all five bikes and 5 passengers into a minivan. Saturday we called them and Vogt came and picked us up, dropped us up to go river rafting, with a promise to return at 3. At 3, he showed up, and waited over ten minutes for us to show up, and drove us all over Hell and back, even returning later that evening to bring what he thought was our bag. We will always use them if we return to this town.

I ran through store, got what I needed and went out in freezing cold to wait at 30 minutes. After waiting 50 minutes I called driver. He stated he would be right there in a "few" minutes. After 25 minutes went by and im cold and wet from rain I called again. He said he would be right there and I let him know how unhappy I was and I could of shopped more. Another 20 minutes went by and one of the store workers was concerned for me and offered to drive me home. Still no cab. I was livid and it was after 1100 at night. If this driver had the decency to call me and be honest and check in with me. My frustration could of been easily decreased. Unbelievable. I am speechless.

That is my exact experience here. No show and no call. Upon US calling dispatch 15 min after the drivers expected arrival time we spent 15 more minutes to find out what is happening. Can you guess? 'They don't know'. He was hopeful to get us to the airport, during morning rush hour mind you, an hour before our flight to Hawaii. How can I trust that when they don't yet have a driver on the way? Notice that? Our reserved driver wasn't even on the way. End result; driving ourselves, paying for 10 days of airport parking, and zero satisfaction. The only bright spot is this may help someone else avoid a similar fate.

Both drivers were on time and very polite , Cars were very nice and clean , When we got back from seatac airport the driver did text us saying that he was are driver and to text him back when we are ready to go, I thought that was very cool we had to do nothing but ride in the back seat and enjoy the ride , so a big thumb up for these guys . Really highly recommend company and staff ,
