After being here a year, I still dont have any complaints. The apartment it self is very nice (I'm in the 2bedroom with study). I had one issue with the toilet and they came a replaced it the next day! Other than that, I've had no maintenance issues. The grounds themselves are in great shape and are always maintained. The pool is very nice as well. To top it off, the staff and the neighbors have been nothing but nice and friendly. If there is an opening, I highly recommend you get a place here. P.S. Tracy is the best office manager I've had yet!

I lived at Woodbury for the past 2 years in a townhome with several apartment mates. Overall I'd say the rent is quite pricey, but I'm still glad I lived there. Pros: It is situated near a Lucky's market, CVS, Benny's Diner, dry cleaners, car wash, and bowling alley. So you have some convenience there. The maintenance staff were timely with our requests. There is a continental breakfast served Mon-Fri from 6:00-8:30AM (toast, muffins, waffles, kashi cereal, fruit, OJ, bagels, Danish, coffee) There is a shuttle that takes you to campus starting at 7:30AM and at 8:30AM (central campus stops) The clubhouse features several amenities: pool table, ping pong table, a small gym (free weights, treadmill) that is nice in the winter, a pool open in the summer (no hot tub), and open spaces for studying as well as meeting rooms you can reserve There are a lot of pets in the Woodbury complex so you want to watch out where you stop on the grass I lost my key and the staff were extremely helpful in getting me a replacement Barely ever heard noise from the townhouse next door (not unless you were in the bathroom facing the towhnhouse next to you) Carports are about $20/month and can be added or taken away any time The office is open on the weekends and they can also be reached by phone There is a guest suite you can have friends/family stay at for $250/night Cons: Several things needed fixing while we stayed there: we had the floor start to peal/come up (made of laminate) and the basement was flooded (water all over the floor but nothing submerged) one time during the summer. The rent was incorrectly charged in the beginning and end of our lease. But we talked with the office and that was corrected All in all I enjoyed my time there. What may have seemed to some to be cold staff I think were people being professional. The attendants at the clubhouse were always really nice and welcoming though. I'd say it's a bit pricey to stay here and the townhomes are kind of old. But if you don't mind that too much then it was a great place. I utilized the clubhouse, breakfast, and gym all the time so I felt I got my money's worth. Hope this review was objective and helpful.

He is ALWAYS timely in fixing any issue reported and is very friendly while doing so. Eddie has made our stay as stress free as it gets. For that, we appreciate him. The leasing staff have been just as great. We had an issue with a unit we stayed in and they were able to aid with accommodations. Lisa, Katherine, Donnette (when she was there), and Olga have also aided in making our stay as lovely as it has been. It's always a pleasure to stop by the leasing office. Great job Briarcliff staff!

Very fortunate for all the people I have run into while living here. Maintenance: the maintenance deserves 6 stars. If you've had bad maintenance experiences in the past or at other places, look no further, you will be EXTREMELY pleased here. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the cost for what you get. The apartments are not newly renovated by any means, and there are some imperfections, and the price is not cheap by any means. Overall I've been pleased with the living experience and WOULD recommend to others. If you need to talk to someone, Donnette is the best in the leasing office. My experience has been wonderful.

Their…read moreamenities are without a doubt top class with a huge flat screen in the lobby, pool, fitness center with modern, diverse equipment, a yoga/dance studio, business center that is reservable, grills outside, large package room, bike storage, and a 24/7 market for small snacks! On the second floor, there's a nice shuffle board and pool table as well as a media room too! Safety is a high priority here with access only being granted by residents. There is ButterflyMX available to grant people access to garage or the front door with a video camera available so you can confirm the person you are letting in. The floor plan D is spacious with brand new equipment and includes washer, dryer and is pet friendly! Beekman opened in December so everything is quite new and there is 1 month free with our 13 month lease. There's assigned garage parking for a fee which is quite expensive but the parking is unique in that the building is built around the parking garage. This means that you'll be able to park on the same level as your apartment unit. There is no concern about noise at the moment! You are also allowed 15 days of guest parking per month. The leasing office staff - Michelle and Aaron have been great, reliable and so responsive any time we had any questions or concerns. Aaron was especially considerate - I had just gotten in from a 6 hour drive from Pittsburgh and my cats were feeling anxious and constrained. He noticed this and offered to let them out of their carriers for a bit in their office while we did the apartment walkthrough. I highly recommend working with them! Beekman on Broadway is one of a few buildings that are planned to be built in this area, so it is up and coming! Beekman is currently doing a referral bonus of $1000 as well! While the apartment is on the expensive side, I can definitely see why the price is justified! Hope this review is helpful!

The neighborhood is very clean, and quiet. I can't say enough about the maintenance crew. They are like clock work changing batteries in fire alarm/carbon monoxide detector, as well as changing the air filters in the furnace, every 6 months. The crew always had great attitude, personable, and knowledgeable in what they did The Glens is two miles from downtown Northville, and close to everything a family needs. Groceries, pharmacies, movie theater, restaurant, gyms and 6 miles to 12 Oaks. Could not ask for a better location. I would not hesitate to live here again. You will not regret living here.
