Kristen's gentle kind and open presence allowed me to feel comfortable and address my issues of PTSD. After the first session I no longer felt the need for the constant "vigilance" and suspicious guarding that stemmed from my issues with personal safety. In her therapy room I was safe. Under her assistance, I was safe. This is a critical step towards recover from PTSD issues. Personally, I recommend planning on a few sessions to allow time for change. This is not always a once and done fix. Give yourself permission to do what is best for you. We worked on both physics issues from a contracted left side joint mobility which has released and at 53 years old I feel a greater freeness in that half of my body than I have known before.
