There were so many activities to choose from, and the axe throwing was an absolute blast. We purchased the all-inclusive package, which was definitely worth it. After axe throwing and laser tag, though, it became so hot inside that we ended up leaving before we could enjoy the arcade games. The only suggestion I have would be to turn up the air conditioning, especially during the summer months. With all the active attractions, keeping the building cooler would make the experience even better and encourage families to stay longer. Aside from that, everything was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The manager went above and beyond with what I would call 150% customer service, making us feel genuine memories!y appreciated from start to finish. I highly recommend Monarch Family Fun Zone, especially if you're looking for a fun indoor activity to escape the summer heat. It was an unforgettable experience for both the kids and the adults. Staff was helper friendly. There was a young girl at the front who was super helpful and informative. She was a pleasure. My kids loved it. We will def be back. It's hard to find things to do in HD. These types of painting classes are meant to have fun with family and friends, not to paint the Mona Lisa lol. Having said that, perhaps consider adding special 3-5 hour occasional "level 2 or level 3" classes for those artists with more experience and want a more detailed painting. I don't know the name of the man who answers the phone every time we call the business, but he has been the nicest, most accommodating person! We couldn't make the night we reserved for and he was able to credit for another night (last night). We had a bunch of questions too, and he always answered the phone and professionally answered all of our questions. I have been to tons of other paint places and all you get typically is a recorded message. If you're a strong artist this maybe too elementary for you, but if you're average or below in the painting department this is a good way to develop some skills. The time of the event is two hours, for me, time was too crunched and I felt rushed to keep up and finish. Some brushes are a bit damaged and don't make the markings you may intend so don't expect perfection. The day we went they ran out of some paint colors- this is disappointing and should not happen at a business specializing in painting. I recommend always having backup paint and a person circulating for paint color refills. Additionally, I'd recommend making this a 2.5 hour event, you need an extra 30 minutes post instructions for patrons to touch up/ finish their creations without feeling it's time to cleanup and get out. Although it's BYOB my lesson learned is to bring a cup with a lid as painting neighbors don't mind sending paint splashing off the canvas. Overall, this would be a fun event with friends or reserve for an office party.

There was live music, kids activities like a bouncy house and paint a pumpkin, could buy tickets to ride the lift, a few vendors, beer, and food. They had Wrightwood brewery there serving Fest beers amongst a few other options. They did offer brats, hamburgers, giant pretzel, stew, caramels apples, cheese curds, etc. for food. The food was so so in quality and not the best or super authentic. The beers were great and we're a great value. Can buy a beer for $10 or a pint glass for $25 where you can keep the cup and get refills for $10. Definitely recommend the pint glass :) Cute set up and the overall vibe is good. It's not the most authentic Oktoberfest you will attend, but still a good time
