I did NOT, but instead confronted Ron as to why he was helping them when I was next in line. He continued to help the other three males behind me even as I stood there watching, and, in fact, they were all checking out when Ron came to help me. For over 25 years Tri County has been owned by Veronica Nix. They have a warehouse that stocks over 14,000 items and they offer delivery service. Tri County sells hardware and care items and food for horses, dog, cats, and birds domesticated and wild. I was drawn in by their eclectic mix of statues and yard art signs outside. There is a giraffe, horse, and a motorcycle made out of tires. Inside the store is a little bit of everything. They have a wide variety of items to care for your animals friends. I think this is the first combination hardware/ animal care store I have ever come across. I love small businesses where you can easily get help and have your questions answered by knowledgeable people. Keep the mom and pop stores in business and shop the independent stores.

"They have a key cutter at their store why did they send you here?" Followed immediately by "Oh we don't cut outside keys and I don't have any keys similar to what you're trying to get." I asked why they can't just cut my blank I brought with me. "I can't charge you for that I don't know how." Finally, they set up an appointment for us to call a service company only to find the phone number was no longer in service. Called Midea about this "runaround" only to be told they needed the proof of purchase we have provided four times. Decided to call a local appliance repair company only to be told they won't work on Midea products . Called Lowe's . They won't help. Checked Lowe's website and found they are still selling Midea!
