First of all, the gentleman, Tommie, was right on time as requested. He was humble, courteous, and professional and started working on vehicle right away and did his very best to jump start my car. Eventually I knew my car needed to be towed to the other town as the jump start did not work. The distance was about 30 miles from my home. Tommie explained me that he would not mind towing my vehicle although it was not scheduled before and I really appreciate his readiness to help me. I asked for his opinion if it would be costly and he explained me how much the approximate cost would be. I was very relieved after his explanation and agreed for towing. Tommie called his company and they and my insurance company worked out for my vehicle to be towed and Tommie loaded my vehicle and more importantly, very safely, on the truck and he was on his way to the destination. Also, the price they charged me for towing after my insurance's part was very reasonable and affordable. The car was safely reached at the destination car shop and again, it would not have been possible without Tommie for me to do that and also not be late at work!! Today was a day to say the least. The icing on today's cake was the blowout I had on 288, right before Airport. The police was nice enough to assist and tell me about TowNGo which is the number you call if you're on the freeway and you catch a flat, run out of gas, need a jump, etc. They provide FREE services, up to a mile tow! I was grateful! It was far enough for my husband to SAFELY change my tire. Apple Towing was the service that showed up first! The guy was SSOOOO sweet, kind, patient and calm. He got cussed out trying to stop traffic so I could get in safely! I hate I don't remember his name but I definitely pray he gets some recognition for being AWESOME! It wasn't about it being free, it was about the service and patience shown when I was distraught. I'm a new mom and was headed to get my baby when this happened. A L L of the what if's flooded in. This company had a driver that was dropping off one of my neighbor's cars in the street in front of my house. Our streets are narrow and the truck ran over part of my property that I have put RR ties and bricks to protect my property. The truck totally messed it up, digging huge holes in my property. When I went out to talk to the driver, she gave me a huge attitude and turned it around acting like she's the victim! She started acting stupid with narcissistic behavior. She refused to give me her ID. I have a video of the truck driving over my property and damaging it. She yelled at me for taking photos of her and of the truck license plate as well as the sign of the company on the door. I talked to her boss & company manager and asked them to fix it. They are ignoring my requests. So typical of tow truck companies. This company, in my opinion does not value other people or their property, even though they clearly are in the wrong. read more

I was pulling a stock trailer with livestock on it and got myself in a bind in a small parking lot. After trying to maneuver myself out with no luck I finally decided to call for help. Being 1 AM I wasn't sure what to do so I called Apple towing. At first the dispatcher stated he didn't have any vehicles available but he would call around for me. In the mean time I called numerous places with no luck. Finally Colt called back and stated he had a guy that could come help. Once help arrived Virgil and Russell were both very friendly and stated they could get me out no problem. They literally got in my truck and had me out and ready to go in no time at all. They went above and beyond by parking me so that I could just pull out the next morning. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing assistance. I got in a bad car accident on the way to the doctor for having flu like symptoms. My car was towed to a vehicle storage facility and I needed to get it out and sent to a dealership. I spoke to Rico with Apple Towing. He was not only the nicest man, he seemed to actually care about my situation. He worked with me on the situation and even let me set an exact appointment time instead of just a window. When I was on my way to meet them to get my car, the tow truck driver text me and was waiting for me. It was an incredibly easy process and made my life a ton easier. Debris on the freeway popped the back tire on my brand new car. After a couple phone calls I had someone from work headed to come help me out. An Apple towing truck pulled up behind me and a very sweet gentleman got out and asked if I was ok. I told him I had someone coming from 5 minutes away and he advised that he would stay parked behind me with his lights on to keep me safe. He even offered to change my tire if my help had an issue. He did stay outside and offer assistance as my maintenance director put on my spare. I wish I had gotten his name but I never got out of the car. The best experience I've ever had with needing a tow truck. Jace was polite, friendly and efficient. He called to let me know when he was on his way and stayed in communication with me. It was very hot outside and he was kind enough to let me sit in his truck with the AC while he hooked up my car. It didn't take him long to have everything hooked up, only a few minutes.
