Beautiful venue!! The barn is so unique and well kept. There's an area for the bride to get ready, a bar area, an area designated for food, a speaker and mic provided, gorgeous outdoor ceremony area and plenty of parking. The portajohn made us nervous but it was a handicapped one that was actually nice and clean! The property is so beautiful with lots of great photo ops. The price for what you get is unbelievable. "Cowboy Jim", the owner is a very generous, sweet and accommodating man. We want to adopt him into the family. Highly recommend!!! read more

: I paid in full for my daughter's wedding for 10/31/2021 at Apple Creek Ranch. On 04/03/2021 Mr. Quick informed us that we would have to use portable toilets and I told him I wanted my money back because I don't use portable toilets. I had a traumatic experience in the military and if he had told us that I would have never given him any money. He just laughed and said they were nice. I told told him I would like to cancel my wedding. On Monday I called and left a message and told him the same thing. He would not answer or return my calls. Today 4/13/20/21 he called me and said he's not going to give me my money back.On 12/24/2020I paid him $360 to hold the venue for my daughter and son.On 02/17/2021,I went to pay, Mr.Quick in full my my childrens weddind and did not have my receipt and he told me I owed him $600 to pay in full, so I gave him $600. In fact I only owed him $590.He Did not tell any of us, my daughter, son-in-law, or myself about the portabale toilets until April and I IMMEDIATELY wanted to cancel my wedding and get my money back. On/12/2021, Mr.Quick called me and told me if he can get somebody to book my date he would consider giving my money back. I told him that is not how it works. He said I would never find another place that price. I told him my daughter did and it does not matter because I do not use portable toilets. He said if his mom and dad thought he was doing people wrong they would come out their grave and beat him, well at this point, they should because not only is he a liar, he is a theif, he cheated me out of $10, I just want my money back.
