I want to start with the fact that Motionless In White was great, but we didn't even stay for the other two bands out of frustration, which was a letdown. Money was wasted and I'm embarrassed to know this is a hometown venue. My boyfriend and I will never attend this venue ever again, let me explain.
I understand the venue had policies HOWEVER, The staff was the most rudest and unprofessional individuals I have ever met and I've been to a ton of shows. The way I saw you speak to the majority of us simply put, you were dicks.
We were told ridiculous things like, you are in a fire hazard area while someone stood 2 feet away. Anytime anyone stood anywhere you were told to have a seat. I'm there to watch bands play, but no one could enjoy it because they were constantly having a bunch of piss ants jump all over them.
This venue sold GA for the entire show but did not list this in the sale that the pit would be shut off as first come first serve. To everyone's surprise, you suddenly were forced to have a seat and told you couldn't stand. Who sits down at a metal show, unless you purposely wanted to buy seats?! Kicking people out for crowd surfing when the band was encouraging it? What a complete and utter joke, don't forget we help pay your salaries.
I've read other reviews, this clearly is an ongoing problem so my suggestion, if your band isn't some country duo don't even bother with this pathetic place. They don't deserve the money and I regret supporting anything other than the bands. read more
