We were told it was under warranty, all we had to pay was labor charges. Over $600 was paid that day but I was advised the problem was still not completely fixed and there would be more issues in the future (with some sort of leak). Months later, my husband and I were told the parts were not covered under warranty and we were to pay over $400 immediately. The customer service was terrible, and communication was a disaster throughout the whole process. It was not taken into consideration that we were charged for every single visit they made to our home (even though nothing was fixed until the final time) and it was also not taken into consideration that we had to pay for oil to heat our house in the winter!
