One of our neighbors recommended Larry and said he'd done a wonderful job on a bathroom remodel for a friend of theirs. Larry answered my call right away and was able to come by within 24 hours to give us an estimate. We ordered the tile, and Larry's tile guy, Chris, installed it. It looks beautiful! My general contractor (who doesn't do tile work) was at the house while Chris was doing the install, and he said Chris was extremely meticulous with his tile cuts, measurements, which tiles he used, etc. We are super pleased with the end result, and I will definitely be using Larry again for future projects. Larry was very professional, very specific about which grouts did better than others and various other details, and very good about communicating with us. We're very happy with our new floor!

The team at SemperFi is easy to work with, uber professional and highly skilled. They paid careful attention down to the last detail and were excellent at communicating when decisions needed to be made, questions arose, etc. They worked around my schedule. And importantly for me, they kept the work space secure and tidy so my dog could safely and freely romp in the adjacent yard while they were working. I highly recommend SemperFi and plan to work with them again on future projects.

Follow up on action items and outsanding questions? No way, my guy. This summer, our deprioritized deck project came back with a vengeance. So, I picked up where I left off, reading reviews and reaching out to contractors. Several failed to respond. One company told me I'd need to pay $150 for the privilege of simply getting a quote. Day One Renovations? A timely response and a promptly scheduled, in person consult. Jonathon and Ari were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Timely, proactive, and responsive. When we hired them, it seemed like a no brainer. Now that work is complete, I wish we had hired them sooner. Their attention to detail was tremendous and they left the worksite looking better than it did when they first arrived. Perhaps the biggest compliment of all? Before they could even wrap up, the neighbors came over to introduce themselves and ask for a quote. Looking forward to having folks over tomorrow to enjoy the new deck. Thanks again!
