Great pharmacy, was on vacation, travelled from Lausanne to Zermatt, great toe swollen and painful. Walked into pharmacy and a stern lady new exactly what to give me. She didn't want me to help myself. I told her I thought I had an ingrown toe nail. She said, if that was the case I wouldn't be walking. She chose the ointment and bandage, I paid and was grateful. Very strict standards. I respected that. Thank you. read more

If I could I would give zero stars! Do not visit this particular store! Bad and mean attitude of the saleswoman. Told us they would be closed the next day to try to force us to buy today; note they are open every day! Prices are outrageously exorbitant (yes, I know Switzerland is expensive but not to this ridiculous extent). For example, one typical male comb that would at most be maybe 2.50 CHF was 9.80 CHF! Was told I couldn't get my money back! This woman was very bitter! Stay clear! read more
