He would not provide a refund for the services not rendered so we disputed it with PayPal. He provided them a fake tracking number saying he mailed the legal documents to us which wasn't true. The document was just a bill. He took over $1000 from us and did not produce what we agreed and then refused to give us a refund. To top it off he is committing mail fraud by saying something is delivered that truly wasn't delivered. In the legal field no one mails legal documents via regular mail. He is unethical and a thief. But the worst part was their "assessment" of my case was completely off. They started bringing up completely irrelevant issues that even I knew were irrelevant. Kept saying they would have to "research" it and charge me for every minute they did. The lawyer I eventually retained confirmed those issues were irrelevant (without having to "research" it for a second). In sum, they seemed more interest in billing me than actually taking my case. Not sure where their good reputation comes from.
