Along with prior they billed me for things that was never done and called the office manager but she never called me back on the outcome until I got another bill. So I would expect that I would be next to get in but I am still waiting. Kat was rude and very condescending and asked like if saying I'm sorry but I provided you the right location and proceeded to say what do you want me to do. I said I wanted to be see right away. And asi said I've known Dr Yousef for a longtime she said that's great so have I. And her expression when I asked to speak with Dr Yousef was very unprofessional. They called an ambulance instead ??? like isnt this an urgent care? you cant care for a lab draw fainting?
