She is always running late but isn't that the sign of a good doctor who spends more time with you than others to make sure you get the best care. most of the bad reveiws are from entitled people that think they are more important than the next person and should be the highest priority no matter what. I have never been to a doctor or Dentist or any healthcare facility where they din't ask for co-pay up front. Most have a sign on the front desk saying payment is expected prior to service. Everyone thinks this is a free service and for get that a medical or other service is still a business and businesses are in business to make money. Why is that a 1 star review, maybe it's because it was written by a 1 star person

My husband Monroe has been in pain since November. He did not get positive results from his…read moreprimary physicians so I referred him to Dr. Tom. Best thing I could have done for him. Dr. Tom reviewed his CT scan, treated him at the office and referred him to Pain Medicine. Dr. Tom and his office set up a meeting for Monroe with Pain Medicine for that day. Monroe and I drove to Tampa and were seen within minutes. The result, Monroe is scheduled for injections into 2 levels of his Lumbar spine which should help with this horrible pain he has been living with for so long. I have been a patient of Dr. Tom and can personally speak of his experience and bedside manner. Literally, I have walked into his office limping and crooked and walked out strong and straight....nope, not exaggerating. I am thankful to Dr. Tom and appreciate the time he spent with Monroe listening to him and reviewing his images. He is a great person and a great doctor. Yolanda & Monroe G.

First, Janae Tomkins is absolutely great. However, the practice is trash. I called for an…read morealbuterol inhaler refill in January, and because I hadn't been seen since my physical in May, I had to make a follow-up appointment. During the appointment, Janae and I spoke for about 15 minutes. I told her that I'd make an appointment for my annual physical in May. I went to the front desk to make an appointment for a physical and was told that the appointment that I just had was a physical. I called the next day to clear up any misunderstanding, and make sure my insurance was billed accordingly and was told by the receptionist that she would check "with the office". She called me back and informed me that, because my insurance wants people to have physicals at the beginning of the year, it was a physical. I then told the receptionist that I normally ask for full bloodwork to be ordered at my annual physical, and that I'd like an order for bloodwork. The receptionist then told me that I'd have to make another appointment to come back to the office before an order for bloodwork would be written. It's not unique to this office, but the entire healthcare system is a scam, one which this practice fully embraces. It's built upon making patients unnecessarily, and repeatedly, come in for appointments for the purpose of billing insurance companies.

Especially the front desk Kat who was assuming I was arguing with her and said she made the appointment and never told me my appointment was in Zephyrhills but she confirmed it twice. So I would expect that I would be next to get in but I am still waiting. Kat was rude and very condescending and asked like if saying I'm sorry but I provided you the right location and proceeded to say what do you want me to do. I said I wanted to be see right away. And asi said I've known Dr Yousef for a longtime she said that's great so have I. And her expression when I asked to speak with Dr Yousef was very unprofessional. This will be the last time and I am sure me saying that doesn't matter
