When my thumb drive of important info stopped working ( pop up question - do you want to reformat - NO!) I took the computer & thumb drive to Best Buy. They could not do anything & recommended Apollo. Apollo was amazing!! Recovered all my fIles from a drive that had "physically failed". This place charged me $550 dollars for a loaner phone that is prolly over 5 years old while my new iPhone was being fixed by apple saying that it had damage to it even though I took it back the way they lent it to me and said it would cost them $550 to get it fixed by apple. Makes no sense when apple charged me only $100 to fix my new iPhone that was really damaged.. phone prolly wasn't even worth $200 read more

Apollo's has been an electronic life saver for my devices!!! They have easily diagnosed two of my devices very promptly and have gotten both my devices (iPhone and MacBook) back to me within just a couple of days! I truly enjoy coming in because I know I'll receive great customer service and honesty! They're very knowledgeable and usually know exactly how to fix issues I'm having just by me describing it! Thankfully my products have been under warranty but the price to fix things if my decide hadn't been under warranty is nothing scary! I know that once my devices are fixed at Apollo's I won't have any issues with them again; if I do (probably caused by me) I do not hesitate giving them a call or dread any tech expenses!
