After her first class in beginner level, she was moved up. Guess she wasn't actually evaluated in summer camp like they said.... As she continued to move up I noticed bad attitudes from the coaches like they couldn't be bothered. After a few months we withdrew and went elsewhere.

Instructor was all about individual goals and listening to your own body while encouraging you to push your limits. Had never done a CrossFit class before and can tell I'd get a ton out of this if I stuck with it. Will likely be going back for there intro series to acclimate myself to movements and equipment. Great, welcoming gym and the other members were pleasant and supportive!
