There was at least 4 painters in my home and the all but one was great! When I called for some corrections to some problems , the one that took all the shortcuts was sent, so my corrections weren't fixed properly. When I asked who was going to come and he told me which one , before I could say please send someone else I was told he is one of my best friends. It only takes one bad apple. I wish that someone would have come by and checked the work that was done. Or at least called and asked. Very disappointed in the end result.

I signed a remodeling contract in December and paid a 40% deposit. Before work began, I experienced…read moreongoing communication issues and ultimately canceled the project in writing on 1/16. The contract requires refunds within 15 days of cancellation. That deadline passed without a refund. After multiple follow-ups and a formal written request referencing the contract, I received no response. I was ultimately forced to recover the deposit through my bank. After requesting my refund, I was labeled a "problem" customer rather than receiving a timely resolution. While the funds were eventually returned, the process required unnecessary escalation and significant effort.

You kept us in the loop the entire time. You kindly and patiently fielded my calls and text, which were sometimes made in a panic. You helped us work through some unforeseen issues (not caused by RCF), and while they were not your problem, you still went out of your way to help us find a solution. The cabinet crew was great, special thanks to Max, Blaine & John (our 23-year-old cabinets look brand new). The interior painting crew was also great, special thanks to Robert, Max & TJ. The workers showed up on time every day and were courteous and professional. I truly believe the entire team went over and above anything that was expected.

Projects have included painting one of our office buildings, refinishing the wood doors to our home, and various painting projects in our rental project. The only drawback to using Iffrig Brothers is that they high quality work and attention to detail is well-know, so they often have a waiting list that seems longer than others who do the same kind of work. One upside, however, is that their waiting list is honest: they will be ready to do the project close to when they estimate they will be able to do it.

I explained that we were planning to use an unusually-wide wallpaper from the UK and it's a small job. I spoke with Tim who said that they did powder baths all the time, wasn't daunted by the paper size, etc. He followed up immediately with a text providing his phone number and said he could come by in a few days to take measurements, etc. I sent him an email with all of the measurements and didn't hear back with a quote. I followed up via text a few days later to see if he wanted to measure directly or did he need anything more for a quote so he could let us know how much wallpaper to order. No response. I waited a few days and called. He was very apologetic, he was just busy, he would do it that night. Again, no follow up. I gave him another few days and texted him. No response. I tried one more time and received no response. I understand that people get busy (I'm busy too!) and I understand if you've changed your mind and are no longer interested in the work, but if you've committed (twice!) to provide a quote, it isn't unreasonable to take two minutes to text that you just can't do it. Poor communication, would not recommend.
