While I was there I strolled slowly around the whole trail making sure to stop at my favorite style, the Asian garden. It was really calming. I liked the turtles and the small amount of koi. Other areas I thought were great was the rose garden and the paved trail. The trail is mostly shaded, so it wasnt that bad even though the temperature was in the low 90s on my visit. I will say that starting July 1st they are going to start charging an admission price. It seems that might be the right idea. Some of the areas ,such as the butterfly garden looked a little neglected. Maybe the admission fee will help that? In either case I will be coming back. If you are even remotely interested in plants or the outdoors, I highly recommend stopping by.

The upright peanut has "USA" on the side. It was originally displayed lengthwise and hauled around on a trailer until 2009. It was erected here at the fairgrounds on August 10, 2015. They have an organized, numbered parking system which helps you find your car with ease. This was a unique, full of character festival unlike one I've been to before- by far one of the best. The best description I can give to the golf course is that it a fun course to play and one with subtle challenges that makes the golfer want to return for his or her next round.
