Due to…read morethe heavy rains on the day of my son's senior ball, I decided to try to book a last minute limo as a surprise for him and his group of friends. Admittedly, this was not the best decision I have ever made, but my experience with Limo Service Sacramento made it exponentially worse. I initially called and asked if they had an 8-passenger limo available from 6:30-11:30 p.m. The representative told me that she will check and quoted me a price of $668. She texted me back a few minutes later and informed me that the earliest that the limo will be able to arrive is at 7:00 p.m. Acknowledging that it is a late reservation, I happily accepted and informed my son and his friends. When I called back to solidify the arrangements a few minutes later, another representative answered and told me that there is a 6-hour minimum reservation, but one of those hours would be for transportation time, which I would have to pay for but not have use of the limo. Therefore, I would need to rent the limo for 7:00 p.m. to midnight but pay for 6 hours. At no point during my initial conversation was this brought up. In addition, whereas I was expecting to pay a little less than $668 since the limo will be arriving later than the time discussed, the price has now jumped to $988, and they wanted that payment in CASH. In my mind, the employees were trying to circumvent the normal reservation procedures and pocket the cash themselves. I asked if I can speak to the representative who gave me the initial quote, and they responded that she is not available. I then asked if I could speak to management, since the kids were now really excited for a limo and this seemed really unfair. They promised that a manager would call me back. I waited for 20 minutes and called again. A representative answered and again, promised that someone will be calling me. No one ever did. There are so many other limo companies out there that are trustworthy and professional. I would highly recommend that you reach out to any of the other businesses besides this one.

THE RIDE This was a "total class act" by the Yelp team to organize so that many of us could truly enjoy ourselves and imbibe in wonderful wines and micro-brews while at the event, without the added tension of worrying about driving back immediately after the conclusion of the party.
