Not only have they helped me correct what I've done to myself, but they also have helped me prevent it by showing me stretches, better posture, and being more self conscious of how I am affecting my body. Dr. Josh and Dr. Matt take a personal interest in your care and your family. You are there about 10 minutes tops for a visit and that's from signing in, being adjusted, and saying good-bye. Yet you are apart of their family and feel extremely comfortable. I say no by Appointment Only even though I have a standing weekly appointment. Reason being is because if I have a headache from a strain in my neck they always say just come on in during our business hours. They have even offered to come in on the weekends when they were not opened if I needed it just to make sure I felt 100%.
