We had a large number of trees that were either dying or leaning in an unsafe (over the next several years) way. He wasn't the most expensive and wasn't the cheapest BUT....he is HONEST and they are all so nice. I'm pretty sure they left our property in better condition than what they found it in which was hard since they were out in the cold drizzle ALL day. Highly recommend them all day every day

The power washing itself appeared to be done decently but I was extremely disappointed by the lack…read moreof care taken around my inground pool. A significant amount of debris from the power washing ended up in the pool leaving it in terrible condition. I tried cleaning it twice with a robotic pool cleaner but it wasn't enough. In the end, I had to hire a professional pool service which had to significantly lower the water level and perform extensive cleaning to restore the pool to normal. This resulted in an unexpected expense that could have been avoided if proper precautions had been taken. When I contacted the contractor his response was basically sorry to hear your disappointed - I did my best. In fact, rather than take responsibility, he deflected responsibility by suggesting several excuses which were not true. While I appreciate that accidents can happen, I was disappointed that he took no responsibility for the additional expense I incurred and made no effort to offer any type of compensation or resolution. I understand that some debris is unavoidable but homeowners should be able to expect reasonable care to protect their property. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward power washing job ended up costing me additional time, money and frustration. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone with a pool to discuss in advance what precautions will be taken to prevent debris from ending up in the water.
