As someone needing to sell my home from afar, I knew little about what needed to be done. After…read moreinterviewing three other realtors, I was immediately impressed with Laura's enthusiasm, confidence, deep knowledge of the market, and willingness to work hard to quickly get my home ready for sale. Within just a few days of our initial conversation, she personally prepared the home, putting together everything needed to get it listed. It sold in just 3 DAYS FOR FULL PRICE CASH, after garnering multiple offers. She then saved me $5000 on repairs which I was ready to pay, but she negotiated a much better deal on that as well. I am in the customer service business, and have never met anyone as intuitive, helpful, and responsive as Laura. The process from start to finish was a breeze and a pleasure, and she was there to answer any questions every step of the way. She is, without a doubt, the best in the business, and I consider myself incredibly lucky to have worked with such an amazing, intelligent, and caring professional.

We had lived in our home for over 25 years so when we decided to sell we were so glad we chose…read moreSusan as our realtor. The real estate marked had changed A LOT since we last sold a house so Susan helped us navigate the changes. She looked at our house through the buyers' eyes and helped us declutter and make updates to show the house at its best. She then worked her magic with her staging skills and the house looked great! We wish we'd had her decorate while we still lived there! Then when we started getting interest and contracts from buyers she helped us consider the offers and contracts (including from international buyers) and explained the pros and cons of each and advised us how to proceed. Selling our house after living in it so long was very stressful but Susan has an amazingly calm, confident, and easygoing personality that was so reassuring. Susan is not only an experienced, knowledgeable realtor who works really hard to sell your house, she is a truly nice person and a pleasure to work with and we now consider her to be a friend.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Victoria Singer. We were first-time homebuyers…read morewith very little knowledge about how to find the right place and how the buying process works. Vicki was super informative and helped walk us through every step of the process. It took us a while to find a home but when we did, Vicki negotiated a great deal for us. We are in a very hot market here in Lake Worth so it is really hard to get a great house for a good price. Vicki suggested that we go and meet the agent/owner at her open house after we had made a bid on the property. There were multiple bids on the property so Vicki suggested this idea to help our offer stand out. We made a great connection with the owner which she had mentioned was what had helped her decide to go with our offer. We love our house and we love Vicki! She is the best agent in Lake Worth.

I contacted Vincent because of his reputation as a top-producing Realtor and expected a high level…read moreof personalized service. Vincent was very pleasant during our initial phone conversation, and I looked forward to working with him and having him help me find my next home. During that conversation, he told me he would call me back, but instead I was contacted by Jillian. I spent considerable time explaining exactly what I was looking for in a home and specifically told both Vincent and Jillian that I was not interested in one particular development. Despite that, the list of homes I received included multiple properties in the very development I had clearly said I didn't want. I wasn't looking for someone to email me listings that I could easily find myself on Zillow or Realtor.com. I already search those sites regularly. I was looking for the value an experienced Realtor should provide: listening carefully to my priorities, understanding the communities that best fit my needs, and offering thoughtful, personalized guidance. After I emailed with additional questions, I was then passed to another agent who struck me as relatively inexperienced. Instead of feeling supported through the process, I felt I was being passed from person to person, and my priorities were never fully understood. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make, and I chose Vincent because of his reputation. Unfortunately, my experience simply did not reflect the level of service I was expecting.

I have purchased many properties in my life, and I have to say, never before have I decided NOT to…read morebuy a home because the seller's agent was so rude. Gene Arkey was literally so rude that we decided not to buy a home we really loved. Everyone who met him agreed... they were shocked. He sat there and did nothing to sell the house while shooting down every thing our agent said, and being as arrogant and rude as any human I have ever known. He refused to present our offer to the seller (which our agent then had to inform him, was illegal). His responses, once reminded of the law by our agent, were terse and disjointed. Totally unprofessional. If I were black, I would think he were a racist. I am ethnic but I don't know how he would know that, and so I have no idea from whence his hatred of people emanated. He is just an angry, bitter person I guess. He should find a job somewhere that he doesn't have to deal with people because it is obvious he doesn't like them. We found a beautiful home and we are very happy. We are especially happy to never have to deal with him again. I have never met someone so rude with no reason at all.

Over the last thirty years, I have purchased many homes through different agents. Lucille Gioia is…read moreby far the best real estate professional with which I have ever worked. She is tireless. She never stopped searching until she found the perfect home for my family. I am not a dream client. She tolerated my crying, complaining, and panicking, with grace. She assured me that my house was out there, even in the most challenging real estate market for buyers due to COVID. I am amazed at her ability to remain on track while working with such a difficult client. When she found our new home, I was so thankful that I told her to offer full price, yet Lucille managed to negotiate a much lower price and it did not stop there. She handled every aspect of the real estate deal, such as the inspections, repairs, attorney, recommended service people, and even told me how to get all the utilities connected. My family is now moved in and could not be happier. Lucille Gioia is a breath of fresh air and she deserves ten stars.

So, if you're looking to buy or sell I highly recommend her. She's honest, transparent, highly creative - out of the box, not your average realtor. What sets the Heilman team apart…read moreis their commitment to a client's best interest, detailed market research, timely follow-ups with buyer's agents, critical feed back on potential buyer's impressions from showings, and even offering creative solutions to renovations when asked. Mindy tirelessly worked with me for almost two years while I was looking for my perfect downsized home. I wasn't sure what I wanted initially but finally found my match and the purchase went seamlessly. She was always available to answer questions, solve problems and execute transactions. When it came to selling my home, the team has marketing down to a fine art, starting with pricing based on comparable recent sales. Her listing photography showed my house in it's best light, elegant staging highlighting structural bones. Besides the MLS, there was extensive digital exposure as well as a beautiful brochure mailing. The sales process was handled so professionally. I was always informed of showings dates, status reports, market valuations and current sales in my area. Mindy exceeded my expectations by significantly increasing an offer price by skillfully negotiating based on what we determined the house true valuation to be. This was done in a competitive market and could only have been done by a professional with extensive market knowledge and persistence. I trust Mindy and the Heilman Team for their integrity, accurate valuations and client loyalty. I'm very grateful that Mindy was my agent both as a buyer and a seller.

She is very familiar with the home's location so knew how to market it. Her communication with us was excellent; when we needed to contact her whether by call or text, she answered us quickly. She was great at explaining more things than I can list in relation to selling a house. And, we received notifications when the house was to be shown and a weekly summary of its status on real estate sites. She gave us great information/advice about potential buyers. When inspections turned up some issues with the house and property, she found and contacted companies to correct them. This was especially helpful since living so far away we really needed that extra help. She is easy to talk to which I really appreciated because selling a house, especially one from a distance, was stressful at times. She made the entire process as easy as it could be. I'm so happy we had her as the agent to sell the house and highly recommend her.
