She got through my taxes in just a few minutes albeit my tax case was relatively simple and cut through. Kathy went over my taxes with me and explained each line to me. Joe moved away from California, but does return regularly as he's a Ducks fan and has season tickets. He may have been worth the price he quoted. I don't know. The two other quotes I got were more than 50% less than what he quoted. It does not make sense for me to pay 2x as much for somebody living in another state to do my taxes.
