They were having karaoke Friday the night I came, and there were a ton of talented singers!! Drinks were very reasonably priced and everyone was very nice to me as an outsider. I had a chance to sing a song, and also to just sit and hang out. There's plenty of parking, stuff to do inside including a jukebox and a full bar. If you're looking for a place to sing, Dance and have Fun, This is it! (Also Honestly the only bar I found open past 11 in McAlester so there's that ;) ) Highly Recommend as a fun night out!

They have cute little cabins on the winery grounds that you can stay at and we rented two of them for one night. My inlaws stayed in one and my husband and I stayed in the other - dog friendly! The owner is super friendly and is very welcoming. They had a bottle of wine for us in the cabin as well as fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that were just wonderful! Shortly after we got there we walked over to the winery for a tasting. My favorites were the cranberry, white muscadine, peach chardonnay, and summer fun (watermelon). Also enjoyed the strawberry Riesling and tropical paradise. The wild fire - blackberry jalapeno was interesting! Just remember, this is not anywhere near anything, so we had dinner and breakfast with us - able to heat up and prepare in the cabins. With it not being near anything, it was a nice quiet evening and enjoyable for all four of us. Would highly recommend if you are driving through to stay the night or just to taste the wines!

A large group of us overwhelmed this cute downtown tasting room and the staff stepped right up. You could tell they were used to getting rushed with groups as they gracefully handled us. Most of us did wine flights. Their presentation was really cool. For $15, we got 6 generous pours in mini-wine glasses set in a vertical wine-tree. So cool. I've found most wines in this area to be on the sweeter side. A bit too sweet for my taste. Yet, there were 3 wines (Choctaw Avenue, Whisper and Something to Talk About) we tasted here that we really enjoyed and we bought bottle of some of them. Enjoyed seeing the booths and people selling other products like Scentsy and Thirty-One. Nice mix of vendors. I also liked the live music playing throughout the day. And who doesn't love "fair-style" food?! :) Saw several classic and show cars in town, so now I'm considering going back tomorrow just to see the car show. I like that the festival has lots to see, but isn't so big that you feel worn out when you are finished.
