Dire customer service and rude managers who make threats to customers in email chains.
As a long term Apex customer, Apex have received considerable amounts of money from myself. I have always rented top of the range vehicles and paid my bills on time. A number of faulty vehicles the past month one of which a handbrake failed and while I was inside at home, the Ford Focus rolled into a fence (could of been a child). Apex showed no interest in the problem whatsoever and advised me I should take the issue up with ford as it is not their problem. They then demanded I pay them £350 for damage which I agreed I could pay by the end of September (this month). The company would not wait 2 weeks for the payment. A number of aggressive emails from 3 managers has resulted in cancellation of contract and a threat they are going to report me to other rental agencies. Ask your self, is this company worth the hassle? No probably not. Would not recommend to anybody, use a reputable company like enterprise to ensure you get the best service and not some fake rental. read more
