The electrician came and installed the exhaust fan and had stated that he didn't have any ventilation to hook up to the exhaust fan but all I needed to do it myself was to get the dryer exhaust ducting and connect it to the exhaust fan and the exterior port. After paying a significant amount for this part, he left and I went up to the attic to take measurements of how much duct I would need. However there was no exterior port cut out like he had stated. I called back and customer support wasn't any help and concluded I would need to pay an additional $250 to have this part done on top of the around $600 I had just paid. Another charge that should have already done. What out for this company!! If you do ever use them get an itemized invoice.
