During the load in their technician caused damage to the church's grand piano. At first they were apologetic and asked us to get a quote for repairs. When it came in at $3k+ they suddenly wanted nothing to do with it and outright refused to pay anything. Not a dime. Even though their technician damaged a CHURCH's property, they chose not to do the right thing and instead pushed off settling the damage to a NONPROFIT CHARITY. Unbelievable. Similar to Jon L.'s situation, they pointed to a clause in the rental agreement that released them from any and all liability excepting "willful misconduct." This felt like willful misconduct to me, and our attorney agreed. Unfortunately, our attorney also cautioned me that it could cost more to defend this than the actual cost of the repair, especially if our insurance covered it. To be sure the church was respectfully taken care of, I filed the claim and our insurance company is covering it. I cannot believe a for-profit company would do something so horrible to a church and a nonprofit. Sad. Who wants to work with a company that might damage things and take no responsibility for it?

He spoke with the Artist and can't provide those specs and wanted to substitute some sub-par sound. I then called back and gave him two options. #1, no substitutes and he could fill the original order as needed/modified. #2. Just do the stage and stage lighting. He quickly then tried to use the terms and conditions and contract signed as recourse. Keep in mind this has all happened within hours, NOT Days. We didn't hold his inventory or prevent other sales. The CEO Pedro called me. He's Mario's twin. He isn't solution based whatsoever. Gave him two options and he kept stuttering. I would not use this company. I just referred them to counsel. Stay away!

Unfortunately, I found the pictures did not show accurate colors and they were overall just okay at best. I also paid for the drone shots. They were not nearly as good showing the area as they would've been had they simply walked to the beach to photograph or to the downtown area. I did call the owner however I found him to be defensive and somewhat argumentative. I would not recommend this company. I seldom write reviews but this was a waste of money as I will definitely hire another photographer to come in and shoot better angles and colors.

I'm so glad that we left there early and came here to the Sherbrooke, this room is twice as large,we have a kitchen, hardwood floors, huge bedroom and separate living/dining room, and FREE WiFi here (and it's fast speeds), we had to pay $10 a night for slow WiFi at the Sheraton. South Beach is so much more fun than Ft. Lauderdale, You are 2 short blocks from the beach right in the heart of the real vibe this beach has to offer--the action is from 5th street to 16th street and you're right in it, and yet, things really quite down once you walk over here to the hotel, so you are near the party, but not living in it. I'd much rather stay here then "on the beach", here you can get away from the noise if you want to. A great tip is to talk to the valet parking guys just around the corner for parking; you just give them a call 20 or 30 minutes in advance and they'll have your car waiting for you. Bathroom is clean, the entire room is clean, the queen sized bed is very comfortably, I'm a big guy and I'm comfortable in the bed. The outside of the building is not good but it is being renovated right now, but no construction noise that I could hear. So don't let the outside fool you, this place is very clean in the room, I'd come here again. Mitch is a great manager, he'll help you with whatever you need.
