Lausanne train station mini-supermarket is (7 days) open from 05:30 a.m till midnight and sells necessary products for daily use. Service is always very friendly. Prices are little bit higher than city supermarket prices but that's a fair surcharge for those who don't have time to shop during the week. Just be careful of their sandwiches in very late evening!
