The original rate has more than doubled in 3 short years. There are problems with mouse/rat infestations in the units, and the units are filled with dust and dirt since the doors are not very sturdy. If the quality of the customer service and their maintenance was roughly equivalent to their payment collection effort, it would easier to state something positive. Why not move? Inertia I guess...but I will definitely be looking. read more

Fantastic to deal with and were always polite and professional when I had to deal with them. There were a couple times that we went to our unit right before the gates were scheduled to close and the gate keepers were very nice and understanding. They had no problem waiting for us to unload our trailer. Overall I think as long as you pay your bill every month and are polite you won't have any problems with them. Simple as that. We will be using them again in the future for our storage needs. read more

Ok, so we're late in over three years of paying for a unit! Called to send payment and storage was auctioned off! We've haven't had a notice, call, NOTHING!! Everything, I mean our whole lives and kids memories was in that storage! We moved away for work supposed to be 2 years and needed to finish this year what a mistake trusting these money hungry thieves!!! And what a way to treat a nearly 4 year customer during a pandemic! I will make sure I tell our family and friends never rent here or buy from freight direct also!!! What a shame and how heartless y'all can be!!! read more

Do NOT business there. Public information shows 30 break-in of this facility (actual location is at 7231 east Main Farmington NM). Police are tired of hearing about this business. Both San Juan county and city police have records of their break-in. My unit also got broken into. They cut my lock. My items taken and damaged mounts to thousands of dollars, including wedding ring and important papers. Of course I reported to police. Never do business with them. read more

This place is horrible! We missed our January and February payments due too my husband's hours being drastically reduced. I called mid- February to let them know that we couldn't make the payments due to lack of money. They told me "no big deal, just pay when you can." I called about the same time every month through April and they said the same thing. Last month, May, I called late in the month to let them know that I would pay the first part of June they told me that would be fine. I arrived to pay the account in full today and they informed me that they had auctioned off everything in the unit. They claimed that I had NEVER called and that they had mailed us a letter, which we didn't receive! I had a handmade baby crib and a handmade toddler bed among other things.
