And those are only the instances I know of (there are likely more)! We spend far too much money per month to have this happen, let alone repeatedly within a short period of time. We all have busy lives and schedules, and when we are unable to work out as we intend to, it can throw a very large wrench into our plans, which can derail some people who already struggle to make it into the gym at all. I signed a "student contract" for both me and my partner and agreed to be charged on ONE card for both memberships. I HAVE STATEMENTS FROM MY CREDITOR TO BACK UP MY STORY! 16 months later the agreement hadn't been fully met and my partner was harassed by unknown number and alias demanding a large amount of money the day of !!!! Even the callback number the guy gave was reported as a SCAM! They even reenrolled me into a new unknown contract without my consent. Neither me or my partner have been sent an email with any updates or confirmations. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this facility, they aren't professional or helpful when it comes to clarifying what's expected of them! The facility is a clean and welcoming environment I have been attending the 6 am boot camp session 2 days a week for 4 months. I originally joined for muscle strengthening before joining I had trouble opening a pill bottle cap or a bottle cap. Now I can see body definition even some of my co-workers say I look thin and how strong I am. I never thought I would be working out at 6 am let along attending an extreme boot camp session for the first couple of months after working out I would go home and go back to bed but now I am able to go to work and work a 12-hr. shift full of energy and pride in myself for the accomplishments that I have made. Like most gyms, it depends on when you go as to how busy it is. The one consistent thing is the employees seem to hang out at the front, chatting with each other and eating at the front desk. I do wish the employees supported the trainers more especially in the HIIT area. When there's a class, some other members have an attitude about having the leave the space and some don't move at all or say things to the trainer. It's the trainers job to ask people to leave the space and some don't even ask people to leave - I'm assuming it's to bypass the pushback. The class is 45 minutes and the schedule is on the app, it shouldn't be that much of an inconvenience for them.
